From inside the apartment to the outside, in the community space the Pueblo Pinos Residence is characterized by being familiar and quiet, it has a swimming pool and another for the smallest of the family, surrounded by a garden, and beautiful palm trees that provide shade for the moments of maximum heat.

The apartment is located very close to Riells beach, it is the beach with fine and shallow sand, it is ideal to go on foot. On the Riells beach promenade, you will find all kinds of bars, shops, entertainment venues, an amusement park, water activities, etc.In addition to being a few meters from the port of l'Escala (300m approx.), It is close to the Montgrí Natural Park, for hiking lovers it is a marvel for the views of the coastline of the coast and the bay of Roses.
