Stay at L'Épine in this lovely modern and bright house, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and shops. Perfectly equipped, it can accommodate up to 7 people for a peaceful holiday on the island of Noirmoutier.



From the entrance, you are welcomed into a pleasant veranda, perfect for a moment of reading or a quiet coffee. It gives access to a warm living space, composed of a cosy lounge and an open-plan American kitchen. This is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle and all useful utensils. From the kitchen, you have direct access to a enclosed garden, verdant and well-appointed, with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha and a terrace of 25 m², ideal for sharing a meal outdoors.



On the night side, the house comprises three comfortable bedrooms. On the right as you enter, a master bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and its en-suite shower, and just next to it, a children's bedroom equipped with bunk beds (90x190) and a single bed (90x190). Next to these two bedrooms you will find a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. An additional separate WC is available. From the lounge, you access a third bedroom with a double bed (140x190).



For your comfort, the house is also equipped with a washing machine.



Although there is no parking space assigned to the accommodation, you will find spaces on the street of the accommodation subject to availability and also a car park 150 m away on Liberty Avenue and free parking on General de Gaulle Square.
