'Door een probleem met elektriciteit werden wij overgeplaatst naar het tegenover gelegen Marriott. Een soortgelijk hotel. Verouderde kamer, niet overal even schoon. Ontbijt was minimaal.'

'Check in was easy and pleasant. However when we checked into our room there was some dirty clothes and the floor was obviously not vacuumed. We immediately notified the front desk and they had a cleaner come up and take care of it. That was definitely disappointing for a first impression. It would have been nice to have been compensated but nothing was offered. It was in a good location and everything was easy to get to by foot. The air conditioning, tv, kitchen - all were great. Bed were too...

'Rustige omgeving en bijna alles op loopafstand '

'Great staff, good location, nice amenities.'

'Great complimentary breakfast, good shower, pleasant and quiet room.'

'The elevators were not working'

'WIFI did not work in the rooms because of most probably the reconstructing going on in the hotel. The rooms were very good, service good, but the breakfast was very basic.'

'When we first got to the hotel, the staff were short and curt with no pleasantries. Room look like it hadn’t been cleaned. Hair was in all the corners there was debris under the bed. Shower wasn’t clean. We ended up going up across the street and getting cleaning supplies from a gas station to make our stay doable.'

'Great location, but could benefit from better sound proofing windows'

'They clean every day. Breakfast is good.'

'The Yacht Haven was a lovely place to stay! Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully maintained. Close to many landmarks in Boston. A wonderful view of Boston Harbor and the downtown area. The breakfast was a nice surprise and tasty.'

'The staff was great and were very attentive and always eager to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking available upon request. Location was very good. No TV's which is fine, just make sure to have a device your children if needed. We do recommend and we will stay there again.'

'Excellent as always.'
