The house of 100m2 located in a quiet area of ​​l'Ametlla de Mar 55km from Tarragona, 35km from the Ebro Delta and 30min from Reus Airport and Port Aventura. It is distributed over two floors and has a large outdoor area with two terraces, private pool 7x3x1.5 and barbecue. The 3 bedrooms have a double bed, two single beds and a double bed plus a sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen, L'Or Barista coffee maker, dishwasher, 2 full bathrooms, laundry and iron room, air conditioning and fireplace, TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, private outdoor parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property and pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. Youth groups are welcomed with a deposit.
