« We arrived to find there was no sofa bed as advertised and the unit only slept 4 even though it said 6. No linen for the couch cushions we had to put on the floor for the youngest kids and 4 towels for a booking for 6. Advertised pool was locked the whole time. Vacuum cleaner didn't work, dishwasher draws broken and no heating or cooling. Very poor parking situation »

« On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...

« It said this property has WiFi but i can't find it. I contacted the host, they didn't reply. Even i contacted them many times for other things, they no reply. No responsibility. Also i saw cockroach in it. The blinds lost too many, outside can see me very clearly. It's easy to leak privacy. This property price is higher compare to others with same view. Never come again. »

« L’endroit est idyllique et paradisiaque surtout avec des enfants. Par contre, le Check in est lamentable. Tout d’abord, on m’envoie un no de code, mais arrivé sur place, il ne fonctionne pas. J’envoie la demande et 5 min plus tard, je reçois un autre code qui fonctionne. En arrivant devant l’appartement, il faut une clef. J’appelle et 15 min plus tard, j’apprend qu’il faut aller chercher la clef dans une boîte à clef située à 1 km de là. Cela aurait été bien plus simple si on m’avait donné...
