If I could give zero stars, I would.
We traveled from the USA with a group of eight guests. Our booking clearly stated a 2-bedroom suite with four queen beds. However, when we arrived, each bedroom had only one queen bed and there was a futon in the living area. That is not what we reserved.
Each room had only one comforter and two towels. I had to call the front desk and argue just to get four additional towels so everyone could have one, along with extra sheets and a comforter for the futon. This should not have required a debate.
We were also informed that housekeeping does not clean daily, trash is not collected daily, and towels can only be changed after two days. For a group of eight guests, this is unacceptable.
The room itself was outdated and not very clean. The bathroom had visible mold around the sink area, and the furniture looked worn and old.
The front desk receptionist, Nasha, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was dismissive and inappropriate for someone working in guest relations.
The pool looked nice, but despite only a light drizzle, security would not allow us to swim. This was very disappointing, especially since it was not storming.
The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast.
Overall, this hotel looks much better in photos than in reality — the pictures must be from many years ago. I will not return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
