About the airbeds:

~ 7th pax onwards will be charged extra RM50/pax per night.

Building's facilities (located on the 3rd floor):
~ Swimming pool
~ Gym
~ Boxing area
~ RM20 per entry per pax

*Note that: Building facilities are NOT of free usage as it is separate management (kindly enquire host if necessary)*
Other things to note
Appreciate it if our guests oblige by these simple house rules

Essential house rules:
1. NO WEARING IN YOUR FOOTWEAR. All footwear should be placed on the provided shoe rack.

2. NO DRAGGING YOUR LUGGAGE ON THE WOODEN BEDROOM FLOOR. Do lift your luggage into the rooms.

3. DO SWITCH OFF THE WATER HEATER WHEN NOT IN USE. It might melt/ burn if overheated.

4. KINDLY DO NOT SPILL FOOD & DRINKS on the carpet and bed/mattress/sofa.

5. Only LIGHT COOKING ALLOWED. No cooking curry or deep frying.

6. NO BURNING OF INCENT in the house.

7. NO SMOKING allowed in the unit. Please head to the G floor to do so.

8. House party is ALLOWED. However, control the voices/ music, responsibly drink, NO DRUGS (strictly prohibited), and keep the place clean and intact.

9. NO PETS ALLOWED (even though how much you and I love animals).

10. NO OUTSIDE VISITORS or OVERNIGHT NON-GUEST without our consensus.

*Note that: will require you to lock in your card details for security deposit purposes, in case of any damages or missing items done to the host's unit. Don't be alarmed by this, as cannot simply take money out of your card.*

By clicking the "BOOKING" button, you have hereby agreed and acknowledged that you have read, understand, and accept full responsibility and are therefore bound by the house rules.

We DO NOT accept any liabilities for any personal injuries, accidents, damages, or losses to Guests' personal belongings sustained in the apartment or within the apartment area. However, we will provide any necessary assistance if it's required.
