'Super snel in checking and out checking, naar utama mall heel erg handig ...top'

'Simply furnished apartment but no complaints about the property itself, which is in a lively area with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Only minus point was no glasses in the room and not being a fan of drinking wine from a mug I asked for some which arrived in moments, so kudos to them. '

'Lovely! Would definitely come back.'

'Good'

'Locatie is uitstekend, dichtbij restaurants winkels etc'

'My first time staying at this place and it did not disappoint. Has all the basic amenities and more. Will stay there again for short trips'

'Teleurstellend voor een serviced apartment. We verbleven er slechts voor 3 dagen. Onhandig dat er wel afwasmiddel was maar geen sponsje om mee af te wassen. Ook geen vaatdoek te bekennen in de keuken, heb dus afgedroogd met een handdoek uit de badkamer. Veel TV kanalen deden het niet. Een douche had geen warm water en het afvoer putje van de badkuip kon niet afgesloten worden. Wel volop ruimte, maar de bedden vrij krap. '

'Room is clean, hotel with great improvement, the only dislike thing is have to wait for 1 min for hot water, but other than that, room is cozy. Overall 9/10. '

'Wifi not available and TV do not have channel that can be watch. So terrible.'

'Dear De Uptown Hotel Team, I recently had the pleasure of staying at De Uptown Hotel 1Utama, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent experience. Choosing your hotel for my individual travel was an outstanding decision. The Songkran Malaysia event hosted at your hotel was absolutely incredible and truly memorable. I am grateful for the opportunity to enjoy such a unique and vibrant celebration exclusively at De Uptown Hotel. The staff there very friendly. Thank you...

'While the staff are very friendly, the rooms are not very clean. Insects are found.'

'1. Nobody do the housekeeping only request by guest that they will do! No have service 2. The wash basin shower roomcant put shower gel since the surface is not flat. It's looks like a slide'

'Clean room, magnificent views of the Twin Towers, KL Tower and TRX. This is our second stint, and we will definitely be back.'

'It's ok 😌 '
