« Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, staff addressed noisy neighbours very quickly. »

« Simply furnished apartment but no complaints about the property itself, which is in a lively area with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Only minus point was no glasses in the room and not being a fan of drinking wine from a mug I asked for some which arrived in moments, so kudos to them. »

« The first room (9th floor) we had was a nightmare : the toilets was super noisy (water noise every 10 minutes) and we simply didnt sleep that first night, we had to insist to the reception to change the room electrical cable was hanging in the bathroom (super dangerous !) and shower cabin seal was defective as well. In the new room (15th floor) it was a bit better but not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The hotel need to be refreshed clearly, it looks like an 90s hotel (decoration outdated) ...

« Not a pleasant stay, no communication before checkin time to inform I cannot checkin due to last guest overdtay, had to replan last min when we call the building: digital lock not reliable, had to try a few times, view is nice but room not well maintained. »

« Room is clean, hotel with great improvement, the only dislike thing is have to wait for 1 min for hot water, but other than that, room is cozy. Overall 9/10. »
