Villa Dumboka is located in the village Smrika, which belongs to Kraljevica, and is only 20 km away from the city of Rijeka. Kraljevica can be reached in just a few hours, whether you are coming from Munich (506 km), Vienna (511 km) or Graz (318 km). If you want to spend a quiet vacation in good company with dear friends, Villa Dumboka is definitely the right choice for you! Villa Dumboka was built in 2021 in modern architectural style and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people. It is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms with double beds. All these bedrooms also have four private bathrooms. Additional equipment of great benefit will be a washing machine, dryer and iron. In addition, the villa has 2 separate toilets and a bathroom with a bathtub. If children come with you, you can use a feeder and a baby crib. On the first floor there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with bar and 4 bar seats, a beautifully furnished living room with corner sofa, coffee table and TV and a dining room with table for 8 people. From the living room and dining room you can access an outdoor terrace, where there is a dining table for 8 people, next to it is an outdoor grill (gas). The heated pool of 36 m2 and a depth of 1.35 m is a place where you can refresh yourself during the day or at night and sunbathe on 8 deck chairs. There is also a tavern with toilet and a game room. There is also an outdoor shower. The youngest will enjoy the TV, outdoor playground, table soccer and Playstation, and those who want to spend an active vacation will be pleased with the fitness room and, by prior arrangement, there is the possibility to enjoy a relaxing massage. Villa Dumboka offers sea view from most of the rooms and at sunset you can take photos or paintings of the unspoiled nature that surrounds you during your stay! In the courtyard there are 5 parking spaces at your disposal. One of the interesting things about Kraljevica is that it is known for one of the oldest shipyards in the Mediterranean. In addition, the German Olschbauer founded the first beach and in 1904 established the Hotel Liburnija, which was later converted into a sanatorium. Entertainment and local activities you can try include wine tours, swimming on the beach, fishing, diving, sailing, olive oil tours and water sports. Surely this is a place where everyone can find something for themselves and customize their vacation! Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion or for a fee. Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or bachelor parties. Do not book this accommodation if you are a youth group or bachelor party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be the case upon arrival at the accommodation or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund. In the possession of the villa we have a dinghy for a maximum of 12 people. We offer it with and without skipper (provided that guests have the appropriate permit). We also offer transportation with our van. There is an extra charge for the offers, which gives a discount for guests of the villa.
