General description of this villa



This villa is located on the first floor of Caribbean Club in the peaceful Sabadeco neighborhood. From the covered veranda, you have an unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea – a view that never gets old. With a total surface area of 150 m², there is plenty of space both indoors and out. The distance to downtown Kralendijk is 7.9 kilometers. Rum Runners is 4.8 kilometers away for a relaxed dinner, and supermarket Zhung Kong is 4.4 kilometers. Top dive sites such as Oil Slick Leap are just 400 meters away, and Dive Friends Den Laman is only 5.5 kilometers. Also Pelican Pizza and Maçaroca Restaurant are within walking distance on the premises of Caribbean Club.

Getting Around:

Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Happy Turtle. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.

Other Things to Note:

Check-in to Happy Turtle is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other reservations.
