Stunning five bedroom villa with large 25m private pool, hot tub and beautiful golf course views, in peaceful location of Aphrodite Hills.

Bedrooms: Master double bedroom (En-suite with large walk-in shower) on ground floor, second double bedroom and 1 twin room (sharing bathroom with large walk-in shower) and third double bedroom (En-suite with large walk-in shower) located on first floor. Fourth double bedroom (En-suite bath with overhead shower) located on ground floor level but with separate entrance to the main building.

Full Villa Description:
Villa Rio is an opulent five bed villa which has been furnished to the highest standards. The villa is very spacious and has a large 25m private pool and jacuzzi, set in beautiful, peaceful gardens with golf course views.

Outside, there is an astro turf lawn with sunbeds for all, a shaded dining area, swim-up bar, table tennis table, and multiple seating areas, perfect for chilling and enjoying the beautiful Cypriot weather.

Upon entering the villa you find concertina glass doors running the length of the dining room offering a beautiful view to the outside terrace, pool and gardens with the golf course beyond. The dining room sits between the kitchen/diner/main living area and the first of the five luxurious bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with a floating kitchen bar and stools and a second side kitchen/utility room equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwashers and a second fridge freezer making entertaining an easier affair. The TV system in the living area has music channels and a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels. This whole area looks out onto the terrace and pool. The ground floor double bedroom (can be made up as a twin if required) is en-suite with a large walk-in shower, with patio doors that open out to the poolside terrace. Also, on the ground floor but with separate entrance from the main villa making your very own annex is the second double bedroom also en-suite with a bath and overhead shower. The room has patio doors which open out to the poolside terrace.

Upstairs on the first floor there is a stunning seating area which is beautifully decorated and furnished with plush comfortable sofas. Floor to ceiling concertina doors open out to the beautiful views bringing the outside in. The stunning Master bedroom found on this level, with a separate walk-in wardrobe with full length mirror doors, en-suite bathroom with his & hers sinks and a spacious walk-in shower and a private balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The Master bedroom can be made up as a twin if required.

Also on this level are a further two bedrooms; a double and a twin which share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. These rooms have a lockable door from the sitting area so can be treated as their own annex. Both rooms have patio doors offering views of the pool and garden.

On the second floor there is a upper roof terrace with the same wonderful views over the pool and garden, golf course and out to the mountains, a very peaceful place to escape to.

Please note: pool heating for this villa is recommended between October - May and costs an additional €350.00 per week.

Location within Aphrodite Hills Resort: East plateau
Aphrodite Hills is split over two plateau; known as the west and the east. The resort village square and facilities are situated on the west plateau, therefore we would definitely recommend car hire for stays here on the peaceful east plateau, then you’re just a 5 minute drive from the resort facilities.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
