Apartment is located in Kotor. It is 10 minutes walk from the Kotor old town. This 100 square meters apartment has kitchen, dinning and living room, two bedrooms- one with king size bed and another with two single beds, bathroom and toilette, and two balconies.

Fantastic apartment and host

We had a great time in this fantastic spacious apartment. Good location to discover the old town of Kotor and going on a boat trip. Thanks Milka for your warm welcome and good communication. We would definitely recommend this one to others :)

Nice property in Kotor. The owner was great and communicated well. Old Town was about 15 minute walk from the apartment. Beds were very firm. We ate at the nearby Galion Restaurant twice. Highly recommend going there if you stay here.

Perfect location

The Carla was the perfect location to stay for our short trip to Kotor. The host, Milka, was lovely. She met us at the property to had off the key and show us where we could park our rental (after driving through Kotor we realized what a valuable addition the was). The flat was beautiful, clean and perfect for our needs. It was short walk to Old Town and many shops close by - grocer, bakery, great restaurants. The view of the bay just outside the door was breathtaking. It was right across from a park that has benches to see and enjoy the view. I hope to make it back and if we do, The Carla will be my top choice of places to stay. Thank you again for sharing this lovely space with us!!!

Apartment Carla is perfectly located, 10-15 minutes away from the hustle of Split. 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen made our stay very comfortable! Groceries are close and the beach was great! The view from the balcony are stunning! Wish we had stayed longer!

A dream apartment

The apartment is very spacious. There were two of us, but there is also more than enough room for four people. The apartment is perfectly equipped, very clean and in impeccable condition. Likewise, the location is very good: the old town of Kotor is within walking distance, but you get nothing from the hustle and bustle and car traffic. Very good restaurants are located nearby. The large balcony of the apartment with great views of the mountains around Kotor (and a bit of bay) we enjoyed very much in the evening. Milka is a very nice and very helpful landlady who helped us a lot!

Much better than anticipated

This property is a gem, including the perfectly helpful host Milka. Awesome views off the living room balcony, 20 min walk to the old city, quick access to the bay for swimming and great proximity (2 minutes) to bakery, groceries and pharmacy. Kitchen and bathroom beautifully updated and the entire place is modern and pristine. Everything functioned well including AC and water heater. No microwave, although stove/oven and refrigerator modern and functional. Washing machine worked great (air dry on balcony). Milka was helpful with reservations and recommendations and we are grateful for the coffee candies! Overall would absolutely return here for our next stay and highly recommend.

Home from home

Spotless, spacious apartment fully-equipped for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It's tastefully decorated with good quality furniture and fittings. We spent most of our time on the large balcony, relaxing and enjoying the glorious view of the bay. The apartment is in a peaceful location in easy walking distance from the old town, the bus station, a bakery, a supermarket and other conveniences. We miostly ate out but there is everything you'd need to cook a full family meal and it was very handy to have the washing machine and space to dry clothes which meant we could travel light. The beds were comfortable and it was easy to keep the apartment cool at night and ventilated. Great shower with good water pressure, too! Im very grateful to Milka for agreeing to move the dates of our booking when I needed to be at home to help my Dad through cancer surgery. Milka is an excellent host in every regard, from the thoughtful touches like meeting us in person on arrival, getting in bread, wine and a platter of cheese and ham to greet us after a long journey, providing great local recommendations throughout our stay and popping by to say goodbye on our day of departure. Would recommend to anyone.
