This elegant 4-room villa spans 270 m2 across 2 levels, offering a south-facing position that fills the interiors with natural light throughout the day. The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor.

On the ground floor, a generous living and dining room of 120 m2 serves as the heart of the villa, providing a welcoming and refined space for relaxation and shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly from this area and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Both the living area and the kitchen offer direct access to the terrace, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor facilities.

The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and hosts all 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom measures 35 m2 and is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with air conditioning and direct access to the terrace.
