« The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly - they made a big difference between an average stay and a terrific stay. With separate large master bedroom, large lounge room, kitchen and large bathroom, the apartment (No 7) was very spacious, if anything, a bit too spacious (e.g. 20 metres between bed and WC, 6 metres between couch and TV), but this is not really a complaint - it is always better to be too spacious than insufficiently spacious. « L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre-ville, notre chambre était moderne et fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner excellent. Le personnel est très attentif. Preuve en est : notre chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et le lendemain, ils ont réparé la panne du chauffage. Par contre, ce qui pourrait être amélioré, c'est de mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre pour se faire du thé ou du café et mettre également une bouteille d'eau gratuitement à disposition des hôtes. « I believe that the furniture can be up to date. It was a bit cold in the room in full winter, but overall it was very ok! ah and the breakfast could be at least 30 min longer that would be cool, and some eggs, 13 € for it is too much, so upgrade the breakfast or lessen the price of the breakfast. otherwise it's a nice property, it's well located, and it's calm, etc... the staff are very nice and it was clean »
