Holiday Home 'Schilfuferhaus' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The Schilfuferhaus is located on the quiet west bank of Marina Hülsen, directly on the Schlei in the first row. The spacious garden offers three special areas: From the elevated terrace, you enjoy a wide view over the water – from the island of Kieholm in the southwest to the bend of the Schlei in the northwest. One level below, nestled between hedges and summer flowers, wind-protected spots by the shore invite you to dream and relax. In the southwestern apple orchard, there is also space to play.



Inside, the combination of high ceilings and large windows creates a bright, airy atmosphere. Whether at the large dining table, in the cosy sofa corner or in the open kitchen with breakfast bar – here you, your family, friends or small groups will find plenty of space for shared time and inspiring conversations.



The furnishings in light beach colours such as white, beige and grey are complemented by custom-made solid wood carpentry. Three bedrooms are available: two with comfortable double beds and one with two single beds (90x200 cm). All rooms have direct access to the garden and fly screens on the windows.



The spacious bathroom is equipped with a natural stone double washbasin, whirlpool and sauna. Bright floor tiles with underfloor heating provide cosy warmth – not only in the bathroom, but throughout the house. This makes the Schilfuferhaus a place to feel good, relax and enjoy at any time of year.



A weekly basic consumption of electricity and water is included in the rental price. Any consumption beyond this will be charged additionally based on meter readings at arrival and departure.
