Located close to Cavtat in the Dubrovnik area of Croatia, Villa Dusana is a lovely, beachfront villa with a private swimming pool. A stone's throw from the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities, the villa is an excellent choice for families. Nearby is the pretty town of Cavtat, with its seafront promenade lined with restaurants and artisan shops, and the magical town of Dubrovnik is only 19 km away. The area is also great for cycling, hiking, and horse-back riding.

Cavtat is a beautiful little coastal town with stunning views of the Adriatic, clear turquoise water, and a charming old town with cobblestone streets and historic buildings. It is small enough to feel peaceful, but there is plenty to do and see. The Racic Mausoleum and the Franciscan Monastery are really interesting if you are into history, as well as the Vlaho Bukovac House, which showcases the work of one of Croatia’s most famous painters. In the summer, Cavtat is buzzing with life; there are lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes along the waterfront, so you can sit back with a drink or enjoy some great food, especially fresh seafood. The promenade is perfect for an evening stroll, and it is lined with cosy spots where you can just enjoy the atmosphere. If you are up for something more active, you can try kayaking, snorkelling, or even take a boat tour. The best part is that it’s really close to Dubrovnik, so you can visit the city but still have a quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Villa Dusana (306 sqm) develops over three levels (basement, ground floor and first floor).

The villa consists of a large living room (with sofas and TV), a dining area (with table seating 10 guests), a well-equipped modern kitchen, wine cellar and two guest bathrooms (with toilet).

In the sleeping area, you will find three double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite showers (one with a bath, two with showers).

Outside, you will find a garden with a heated swimming pool (24 sqm/open when villa is open for booking) surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shady relaxation area (with comfortable outdoor seating). There is also an outdoor shower, a large lawn and shady outdoor dining area (with a wood-burning fireplace, outdoor kitchen, table, and chairs), as well as private parking.
