B&B in Koh Chang Tai

'Perfect quiet spot with green, relaxing surroundings and a very friendly host family'

'Disappointing. This is a spacious gated resort. The Marina Hotel is a 4 storey building at one edge. A shuttle service is necessary to get to the restaurant and activity areas which are about 2Km away These shuttle vehicles must be summoned by phone. These vehicles are high and awkward. I am 70 and could not manage the steps up. If you are over 30 and even slightly heavy you will struggle. Shuttle buses only operate within the resort. Taxis are expensive and not always reliable at night. In the...

'The cable car was out of service, so they had to use golf carts instead. This caused long waiting times when it was busy. The TV in our room wasn't working. We called reception, someone came to fix it, but it still didn't work properly afterwards. The toilet was faulty and barely flushed. They forgot to release the credit card hold when we checked out. I had to remind them. Overall, the property is poorly maintained. The rooms are outdated and there is a clear lack of maintenance. The...

'Vernieuwde zwembadzone en super goed gelegen. Top hotel. '

'Alles binnen hand bereik. Top locatie. Bedden zijn goed. Strand is heerlijk.

'Ok room. Restaurant quality not good.. terrible food.'

'The hotel was great but rooms need bit of update since looks outdated. But this hotel still beautiful with pool and view of ocean. The food for breakfast and restaurant at hotel was excellent. Great food! We have been going to this hotel for years and do sad that they have closed the beautiful hotel spa. I hope they bring it back in the future. The staff was helpful and friendly. The staff at restaurant were also friendly and great service.'
