We offer an exclusive holiday flat with separate entrance in the famous Austrian Lipizzaner stud farm Piber approx. 2km from Köflach and 40km from Graz. This is where the Lipizzaners are reared and broken in for the Spanish Riding School in Vienna. The holiday flat is completely surrounded by greenery about 400 m from the centre of Piber and the stud farm in a former manor house, and instead of breakfast, fresh pastries from the bakery can be delivered and coffee and tea are available in the flat.

The house is surrounded by greenery and sometimes the horses of the Lipizzaner stud farm can be seen in the neighbouring meadows.
