**Please note, the villa is located on a hill, with a steep paved driveway. We recommend guests rent a 4x4 vehicle or motorbikes (for experienced motorbike drivers). We will happily help you with the rental process.**

Guest access

The villa is located atop a steep hill and offers a stunning three-level retreat. Experience the architectural nuances with various elevation changes from the front gate to the swimming pool. It's important to note that this property may not be suitable for guests with physical challenges.

The entire villa is accessible to guests except for the storage rooms under the house (cleaning supplies) and under the swimming pool (mechanical room).

Other things to note:
Enjoy the culinary offerings at the various nearby cafes and restaurants. Alternatively, opt for the ease of ordering through the local food app, Delivery KPG.

Haad Yao public beach is 500 meters away, including 100 meters of paved hill. Walking takes approximately 8 minutes, or two minutes by motorbike. Many guests find the hill a bit too steep to walk.

**There is a carport at the top of the property. It can house one vehicle and 2-3 motorbikes. Given the hill location of the villa, we strongly suggest renting a 4x4 SUV or motorbikes for experienced motorbike drivers**
