guests aren't allowed to bring durian (the fruit) inside the house.

please also note that all rooms are strictly non-smoking. this means no smoking is permitted anywhere in the house. if we find that you've smoked inside, a penalty fee of 5,000 thb will be charged for cleaning and restoration.

we kindly ask you to turn off the air conditioning when you leave the house. this helps protect the environment and keeps electricity costs reasonable, and we may charge for excessive use.
