« An incredibly satisfying experience staying at this beautiful place. The personel was very friendly and helpful. The check in and out process was smooth and we even got great recommendations for dinner nearby. The room was cosy and clean with everything we needed. The spa is incredible, including swimming pool, an “erlebnis” shower, sauna, and steam bath. We would definitely come back some time. »

« We had one night at Alpdeluxe Appartments. It was the nicest accommodation we have had on this trip to Austria. Everything was new looking, super clean room, very comfy beds, beautiful bathroom. « We had a really lovely holiday in Ischgl. The apartment was very nice, clean, and in a great location, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Communication with the host was excellent — very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our holiday. « We had some difficulties with the lock when we arrived but the property owner caller her cleaner and we figured out its a bit of a trick lock and we were in quickly. Amazing host here ! The views were amazing and parking was right at the house. In this heatwave it was warm for us with no ac or fans ( Canadians, we are not used to the heat and how strong the sun is ) we also mis understood the "washer" thinkingbit was laundry when it was in fact a dishwasher. Our mistake not theirs . Great...

"The hotel is new and the building is interesting. Every room has a furnished balcony. However, the hotel’s design is such that smoke from balconies equipped with ashtrays drifts into other rooms; this was very uncomfortable for us, especially since the hotel lacks air conditioning, forcing us to sleep with the windows closed during the summer heat. Upon arrival, the room smelled strongly of tobacco. Management did not respond to our request to change rooms. The room was clean, but the kitchen setup was poor: the cutlery consisted of only one teaspoon and two forks, and the dishware was sparse and incomplete—hardly adequate for a room designed to accommodate four people. There is a sauna, but it is poorly maintained; while the steam room itself is nice and features a panoramic window, the shower was broken, there were no towels or sheets, and the relaxation area lacked ventilation. The hotel building itself is attractive and unique, but the service and management are very poor. It might be a suitable choice if you aren't bothered by tobacco smoke or the smell of cigarettes, but don't count on the kitchen facilities. The hotel has its own parking lot with plenty of spaces."
