'We stayed for 2 nights. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The ammenities were decent. The restaurant and breakfast menu were excellent. One thing that concerns us were the leakage of the sink's pipe, which was addressed quickly, and a whiff of sewer odor in the bathroom even after the leakage was fixed.'

'Super spacious room with 2 double beds, huge tv and reclining sofa, and fully stocked free minibar. Excellent location for Mount Bromo tours, with mini mart next door too. Decent Chinese oriented spread for breakfast. Very comfortable stay.'

'Het is een prachtige locatie en ze brengen nog steeds verbeteringen aan zoals een overkapping van het terras. De nachten zijn erg koud en er lag al een extra deken maar dat is in het midden van de nacht iet genoeg om echt warm te blijven. De locatie is magisch en het uitzicht op de bromo is maar enkele minuten lopen. De service is goed. '

'A good guest house to prepare for the Bromo volcano excursion. The place is simple and very clean, and the people are very kind. Hot water is provided - the mountain is cold. A small shop next to the rooms will provide snacks or any necessity if needed.'

'Chambre propre et confortable, salle de bain aurait pu mériter un nettoyage supplémentaire. Nous avons eu une premiere chambre assez sale mais on nous a changé tout de suite quand on l’a demandé. Proche gare et rue agreable'

'The bed was quite dirty and very itchy. Due to the itch, I woke up in the middle of the night thinking about fleas or bed bugs, which fortunately were not there. The itch is very annoying though. The breakfast takes a while to make, so order ahead. Transport from the train/bus station can be arranged, although you pay 20 000 per person, which is quite expensive. It would be better to just pay 20 000 in total for the car. Transport to Cemoro Lawang (Bromo) can also be arranged, which is...

'This hotel is convenient and the location is scenic. However the hotel is very close to the road which results in a lot of traffic noise. While the room was spacious, the hotel could use some upkeep. The restaurant was not operating at the time of our stay. All in all, as a jumping off point for a Bromo tour it was fine. We arranged a driver through reception and he was fantastic. '

'Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Dirty, smelly, yellowish and smelly towels. Bed linens are yellowish. Wall paints are peeling and yellowish, window frame has problem closing the pane. Toilet is disgustingly dirty. Slow service. I do not know what happened to this hotel. It was the best accommodation in Bromo 30 years ago. '

'The place is a little rundown. Constructions around the house were so noisy. Bathroom looks dirty or old. Many small broken things that owner can easily fix to make the place more welcoming were not done. We were very close to abandoning the place and take the loss but there were no available options at the time. This is basically your last resort. '
