Shoebie's Hangout offers a large amount of deck space complete with top level sunning deck perfect for laying out and soaking up the sun. Sit on the large covered deck to cool down while overlooking the beautiful landscaped back yard. Enjoy family time with the kids playing yard games, corn hole or bocce ball. Relax in the hot tub conveniently located on the bottom level right by the tiki bar.

Ground Level: Outside shower, gas & charcoal grills, hot tub, tiki bar and fenced yard. Inside you'll find a Recreation room with a pool table, Queen Sleep Sofa, poker/game table seating 6, full refrigerator and den with a flat-screen TV. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV offering Roku access only and a full hallway bathroom. This unique house is like getting two houses in one. Because there aren't interior stairs to the bottom level, it is perfect as a teenage hangout or in-law retreat.

Top Level: Spacious great room with a large flat-screen TV, new furniture and deck access to the back yard for ocean views. The upgraded kitchen has breakfast bar seating for 3 and the dining area has seating for 8. 2 Queen Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and deck access for morning coffee and people watching, Bedroom with a Full/ Full Bunk Set plus Trundle and 2 full hallway baths. Conveniently located laundry area with washer and dryer. Outside you will find a large covered deck with ocean views, deck seating, picnic table and steps up to a crow's nest with ocean views and lounge chairs for sun bathing.

Extras: Hot Tub, 6 TVs, pool table, poker/game table, high-speed wireless internet, picnic table, large covered deck, crow's nest sun deck, outside shower, washer/dryer, beach chairs, corn hole, plenty of board games, gas & charcoal grills, 2 full-size refrigerators and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This home charges a $250 security deposit, refundable pending no damage.

There was a couple issues at first but when i reported them the property manager took care of them the next day. Over all stay was good. The only thing we didn't care for was the bottom of the house was separate from the rest of the house and had to be accessed by going outside to get to the rest of the house.

Disgusted rental

Upon arrival we found ketchup or some red substance on kitchen ceiling and walls. Two bathrooms still had hairs in showers, stains on furniture, broken bed down stairs which my son had to buy tools to repair so he could sleep on it ,mold on ceiling and vents, down stairs fridge did not cool all week, few days later upstairs AC would not cool below 86, the ready company came out to fix six hours later, we were told to have patience it would cool down, two days later still not cool, so they brought out three AC's which was only enough to cool to 80. Trash in fire pit and under bushes. Won't be staying here again that's for sure.

Things that went wrong

On day 2 the air conditioner stopped working. We called someone came out. And he said he would send someone Else out to fix it. No one showed. My son checked it and the filter was completely clogged in the hallway near the kitchen. No way could air be pulled in through it. Also on the last day the ceiling in the lower bathroom was bulging with water ready to bust. This place needs repairs. Cups and dishes needed to be re washed. Otherwise place was okay. Our kids love coming to the ocean! I do have pictures of the problems.

Shoebie's Hangout

Perfect for a large, extended family. We had 5 couples, 1 single + a small grandchild, and this house worked out great! Loved the close proximity to the beach (unguarded), just 2 short 2 blocks away. The house has plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys.

Property is one block from beach, no marked walkway, walk between properties. Poor beach access. House needs some work, but is fully equipped. Very private area, no activities in walking distance. Beach is not crowded. Hot tub is nice. Plan your restaurant visits early, looooooong waits even for take out or delivery!

Cozy and fun stay

This house was spacious with plenty of indoor and outdoor areas. The amenities were awesome! Can enjoy sunrise 🌅 on top deck and have shade from hot sun on lower two decks. Great time had by all and recommend this place. Only minus is for neds. They are squeaky and not that comfortable- at least tor me. Overall, a great pace to stay.

This property has a great location and plenty of options of things to do such as billiards, poker table and chips, corn hole, bocce, books, movies, and games. It rained most of our stay and we were happy to have an abundance of activities.
