Mostly great…

Clean, sharp, fresh, up to date. But, not Senior friendly. Three flight walk-up, all TV was stream, no live Network or Cable, no washer/dryer, one dish towel for a 4 night stay and one hand towel in bathroom. Curtain holder on entry door in disrepair. However, overall, still a really good property.

Perfect stay

We went to the Outer Banks this past weekend for a beach wedding. We wanted to stay near the beach and this property fit our needs. We chose this place because of the outstsnding reviews. For once, the hype was for real. The house was in a great location, the rooms were spotless and had the all the amenities we needed.Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was easy to find, had plenty of parking, was in perfect condition upon arrival and was just the right size for two. The soaking tub was delightful. It was also really nice to have a full kitchen. And the firm mattress on the extra-wide king bed was very supportive. The property has an outdoor shower in the back and plenty of outdoor seating on the deck. The property is near Croatan Highway, which is difficult to cross on foot but does provide easy access to shops, restaurants, state and national parks and, of course, the beaches. The street was quiet and the neighbors we met were very nice. The roof deck had a nice view (we stayed on the third floor). There were motion lights on the outside on all three levels, so we felt safe. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was spotless and well-maintained. The owner provided instructions to enter the condo that were clear and easy to understand. Amenities were provided along with recommendations for local establishments. It was a short walk/drive to the beach and other attractions.

Perfect Stay

Just a great property. You get the whole third floor and sundeck to yourself. In a quiet neighborhood that is close the beach and restaurants. Also close to the greenway in case you want to walk/bike around. Living room and kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was great and check in was easy. Overall, highly recommend staying here.

this cute third floor apartment is absolutely stunning! it is in a cozy and quiet neighborhood that’s close to the beach, restaurants and a t-shirt shoppe. I am so glad I found this hideaway for my last-minute weekend getaway. you’re gonna wanna book this spot, but hopefully we don’t book the same weekend!

Clean, well appointed third floor apartment

On a quiet street In Kitty Hawk N C is a lovely apartment on the third floor with outdoor steps, no elevator. I did not realize when booking that apartment was on the third floor. My husband and I had a very hard time getting it our luggage up there! Once you get comfortable it is a really a lovely apartment and a perfect getaway for two.

More than good

Property was as advertised or better. Kitchen amply supplied (paper towels, dish soap, coffee etc.) and place is spacious for a one bedroom and tastefully appointed. A pleasure to find a beach offering that is not decorated with turquoise starfish!

Wonderful Couples Retreat!

Sky High was an absolutely beautiful place! The rooftop deck was by far the highlight of our stay. Perfect location to explore all the OBX has to offer. Artim was an awesome host, communication was unmatched, we were even able to check-in early and extend our stay an additional day. We will most definitely be back!

Nice location

Overall great location. Walk to the beach but you have to cross a four lane road that is very busy and no cross walk at the closest intersection. The host provided a great list of restaurants which was helpful. Would definitely go back!

Anniversary Celebration Getaway

The property was prefect! The house was a home and fully equipped located in a peaceful neighborhood. My favorite treat was the bonus fourth level balcony. The location is easy access to the beach, shops and plenty for restaurants. Highly recommend!

Awesome location for Outer Banks

Very pleased with cleanliness and great location. Beyond what we expected! Very well maintained and very comfortable. We could access the highway quickly and no traffic noise. You can get to all the activities within 20 mins. Host offered great restaurants. We have never been to the Outer Banks, we’re here 4 days and did not see everything. Definitely would come back and stay at same property!

Beautiful Place to Stay!

This home is just beautiful! It was super clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The roof top deck was an added bonus. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the deck. The host is great. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Very easy to communicate with him. Highly recommend this property!
