On the Ground Level of this beautifully traditional Outer Banks home, take advantage of the Covered Carport before relaxing at the picnic table in the downstairs Patio. There is a new bedroom and bath on the ground floor featuring a queen bed, large TV, and desk area for computer work if needed - with a separate entrance off the pool area. Gather round for family movie night in the Living Area with a Flat Screen TV and easy access to the Furnished Sundeck where you can enjoy the smell of an ocean breeze and the sounds of life at the beach. Prepare a fantastic seafood dinner in the modern Kitchen to eat as a family in the well-lit, gorgeous Dining Area, which seats 10, or at the Breakfast Bar with stool seating for 5. If you'd rather eat outside, the Old Nags Head-Style Covered Porch has plenty of comfortable seating and a picnic table as well as a hammock for living the ideal beach life while you allow the sounds of the ocean to wash over you. And when you're ready to take in a spectacular view of the ocean, head on up to the Crow's Nest for views of the foliage and the Atlantic Ocean.
