'The constant fan option did not work. So noise from mini fridge and people upstairs kept me awake. Then at 4 AM, a woman and her child were walking up and down the hall and being very loud. I was on the first floor, there is no way the front desk could not hear them, If there was anyone there. I would like a refund.'

'It was our first IHG stay in years. The stay was good. Comfortable beds. Clean. Great tribute to Route 66. Is it really necessary to have housekeeping knocking on doors before 8am on a Saturday? (Check out is 11.). It made the morning feel rushed and stressful.'

'All new rooms, bed was so comfortable'

'The Room was great, staff was very helpful and we loved the breakfast!!'

'Great breakfast'

'Beautiful accommodations! Helpful staff😊'

'We were a hassle. We had booked a room for 2 nights on 2 different sites. The desk was patient, understanding, and fixed the problem.'

'Room is located in casino and we exptected a spacious and comfortable room and that’s what we got. On site there were great restaurants and bars and of ourse lot’s of gambling. Great stay for 1 night'

'Was great! I’d definitely come back!'

'All is well. We liked the room and used the pool and hot tub on both nights. We have been here before and we might stay again the next time we will be in St. Louis. The area seems quiet and safe around the hotel.'

'We absolutely loved our stay. This is the best hotel in this area by far we’ve stayed at all of them. We frequent Valley Park for work, and the Drury and staff clearly cares about the guest experience, and the food and free drink drinks with the cherry on top.'

'The property is clean inside and out and well maintained. Room decor is not to our tastes, but it looks very nice and very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good - better than most hotels in this price range. Only complaint was the shade over the window did not go all the way down. I checked and the shade was not adjustable. There was a shear shade that was adjustable and could be closed to cover entire window. This allowed a fair amount of light in making the room a tad light for...
