'Room was absolutely dirty, the floors were sandy, found a pair of women’s underwear in the corner as well. The walls appeared to be dirty at the tops as well, the AC needed a filter to be replaced. The bathroom was stocked with one roll of toilet paper. Would not recommend this motel to anyone. We thought we were saving money booking this motel… spend the extra few bucks to get a hotel.'

'We were next to the laundry room. There was a loud sound coming through the bathroom all night, pipes over the shower, sounded like water was being poured in the tub no hot water, no shower. You could not pull the. Lever to start a shower the water was lukewarm couldn’t get any hotter. The staff was nice, but we had to change hotels and get our money back.'

We arrived about 30mins before the office was supposed to close coming to find out no one operates the office and the phone number didnt work. 'Close to beach, central location to all of the OBX. 7 eleven just a 5 min walk away. Steps away from beach. Fridge and microwave in room. Room on the smaller side but still comfortable for 2 adults and 1 teen. We stayed in 2 bed courtyard view room. Free parking, but spaces can fill up in the high season.
