'Excellent location (shopping areas, public transport), friendly staff, great view from the room (33rd floor). Interior hotel and room design is getting a bit outdated and could use a refresh, including the bathroom. Would still recommend because of the positive items of this review.'

'Staff was wonderful! Helped with all our luggage and gave a comprehensive overview of the facilities and our amenities. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We reserved the private outdoor onsen and it was everything we wanted/needed to relax after five days in Tokyo. The dinner and breakfast was excellent! The pacing of the meals as well as the clearing of used dishes felt very relaxed and natural. We did not feel rushed at all. We will definitely come back in the future and stay multiple...

'Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het Osaka Castle. Badkamer is zeer modern en netjes. Er was te weinig kastruimte voor een wat langer verblijf en er miste ook een bureau in de kamer om te werken. '
