'This is the ideal spot if you’re staying in Duxbury. We came down for a wedding, and Rick‘s place was in the center of everything. Easy access to the water, to an incredible bakery three doors down and to Island Creek Oysters, where the reception was.The condo is spacious, extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. 'The apartment worked well. The strange staircase going down from the bedroom is creepy and dangerous. It should be disclosed because many people would have a big problem with it. Also, disclose that there are 2.5 flights of stairs to get in.'

'Overall, property was good. However, it is not a corner unit, has very small peak of ocean, and has very little to no noise proofing from upstairs unit. You can hear everything from upstairs unit- as if why are in your unit! Property management was nice and responsive and offered to place us in alternative unit with no ocean view and overlooking a parking lot at a reduced rate. 'Rebecca’s place was wonderful. The apartment was incredibly clean, beautifully and creatively decorated with thought and style and the surrounding area was both quaint and picturesque. We spent Labor Day weekend there and experienced “Illuminattion Night” which was very cool. Rebecca made some great recommendations, and although it’s right next to a marina, it was incredibly quiet. We would love to stay again. '
