There is a separate apartment on the ground level. There is no shared space. The back yard area is private to the other apartment.
PET RULES
- $150 Pet Fee
- Dogs Only
- 2 Dog Allowed (If you would like to bring additional dogs please inquired first and we will consider your request with appropriate fees)
- Pet Fee Required
- Pets must be cleaned up after both inside and outside
- Additional fees may occur if pets are not cleaned up after or if any damages occur

HOUSE RULES
- Rental Agreement need to be signed
- Refundable Security deposit required
- No smoking OF ANY KIND inside of the home
- No events
- No parties

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
- Please throw away anything in refrigerators and freezers
- Please take out trash from each trash can (kitchens and bathrooms) to the trash can right outside
- Please make sure dishes are clean and to start the dishwasher so cleaners have enough time to turnover the property for next guests
