That's ok too, there are plenty of amazing restaurants nearby, including a local favorite, The Colington Cafe. Escape to OBX!! has a Queen bedroom with a shared bathroom down the hall, a sleeper sofa and a King En Suite that boasts a beautiful walk-in shower and access to the deck. Hamilton Cay also features an elevator to make access to your second level condo as easy as can be!

The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for enjoying sunset viewing and quiet vacationing. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this wonderful resort include a lazy river, sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features lots of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a fitness center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and fitness center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier perfect for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this is a perfect location close to the beach - 1.1 miles to be exact, shops, restaurants and the Wright Brothers Memorial. And with access to all amenities the Bermuda Bay Community has to offer!

**The Bermuda Bay community private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 1 to May 17. Beginning May 22, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

Nice Condo at OBX

This was a nice place to stay for our trip & very spacious. The mattress on the Beds were hard & need changed out. The elevator was very slow. We had to dispose of our trash off sight & wasn’t given only 1 trash bag for our 5 day stay. Only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom as well. I thought there should be at least 1 other trash bag to use & 1 extra roll of TP for each bathroom is my suggestion. The pool& splash pad was another reason we chose to stay there as well. Overall, nice community & area to stay.

Cute and quiet!

Very cute place and the neighbors are some of the nicest! The pool was fantastic for our two littles! Inside was super clean but just could feel sand on the main bathroom floor and there were two live wasp nests so we couldn't enjoy the porch ! Other than that it was a great stay!

great stay

This is a great development and great location, close to the beach and shops. The condo was very clean and quiet. My one complaint is lack of responsiveness by management. We did not have any TV for our entire stay. We called and a technician came out and "fixed" it, but it stopped working again within 24 hours. You cannot get ahold of anyone after 5 pm.

Outside area needs cleaned. Complained about the wasp nest they came out and sprayed the nest but once it dried out the wasps returned. The nesy needs to be removed. The carpets need cleaned and the master bathroom shower has black around the outside of the doors.

Great first OBX experience!!!

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks, and I totally get it, I get the hype. Our house was clean, bright and beautiful. The pool was great. Our kids enjoyed the slide we were 1 mile from the beach, so there’s zero complaints from us. We had a great week of JetSki’s, renting a jeep from Outer Banks jeep rental 8 miles from our condo, we got to see wild horses while driving on Corolla Beach. We had one rainy day and we did a escape room and had an absolute blast. We will definitely be back for more.

Beach Vacation in Kill Devil!

I was looking forward to a beach vacation in the Outer Banks and I really wanted to like this place because it is spacious, well located and my son had a blast in the pool. However, the first night I noticed that the washing machine was broken! Even tough I called and sent several emails to Kees nothing was done! We had to go to a laundromat after a few days to do a few loads of laundry. And while the condo seems clean, it definitely needs a deep cleaning. There was a lingering urine smell in both bathrooms. It was more obvious in the guest bathroom. I tried my best to get rid of it by using Clorox wipes on all the surfaces but was not ver successful.

Great property but could be cleaner

First let me start by saying my family enjoyed the stay and my son loved the pool area. However the property could have been cleaner. When we arrived there was shredded cheese on the kitchen floor and a French fry under the kitchen table. The first thing my wife did was vacuum the whole place. Also the outdoor patio was nice but it was so dusty, if I could attach a picture I would for you to truly understand. The grill was so dirty and had so much burger grease sitting outside all you could smell was burger. Another review mentioned a hornet nest and it was back, but KEES was very responsive in getting that taken care of. Unfortunately there was no key to the garage, we believed we would have access to the garage and bikes in the garage, in the pantry there was a hook labeled garage key but there was nothing there. When we called KEES, they were looking for the key but it was never located while we stayed. Overall I would recommend the condo but don’t come in with 5 star expectations.

Beautiful and spacious!

Everything about this place was beautiful. It was quiet and intimate and comfortable. The owners did give a description of pests loving the place and that would probably be my only concern. I know it is Something beyond their control but if the room was being cleaned and prepared we didn’t expect to find the amount of giant roach carcasses we had found at the location. I have a phobia of them so I was prepared as best I could be. that is my only warning. These giant beasts love the beach! We just used the soap from master bath. I did live the complimentary sponge and dish soap for the dishes. The neighbors were also really nice in the neighborhood and I definitely recommend going to the pool! All in all, clean and cute thank you for opening your home to us! Ps.. there are wasp nests under the outdoor furniture be careful with your babies. Our toddler almost got attacked. This is not a bad review just wanting to make them aware but don’t know how else to tell them besides this

A great and beautiful stay!!

When we first walked through the door, we were in Awhh. It was so beautiful, Clean and spacious. I loved that it was really close to the beach, and really close to a grocery store, gas stations, and great places to eat. I highly recommend eating at hurricane moe’s! Our stay there it was for five days, and that condo/apartment was just amazing. The bathrooms in the master are so big and beautiful it’s like being at a resort. I would say the only downfall would be that the swimming area wasn’t as big as I thought. And the clubhouse was closed. But at least the pool is was open just not as big as I expected it to be

Clean and spacious!

I was very pleased with our stay. The condo was very spacious and extremely clean which is very important to me. The furnishings were great, the pool was nice, and the location was very convenient. The only negatives would be the bright lights outside of the unit attracts an insane amount of bugs at night and there is no way to turn them off. I will definitely be visiting again.

Night lights are on

Efficient check in process and clean accommodations. The only challenge was the bright lights outside the door that remained on 24 hours. Consequently, the bedroom with the windows facing the same direction glowed brightly all night. They need very dark curtains or shades. The lights also attracted swarms of gnats.

Nice holiday get-a-way!

Hamilton Cay was a nice condo and property. My 7 month grandson thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The beach was a bit far, you have to drive yet we still enjoyed our stay. The Wrightville Memorial was within walking/running distance too.
