Everything you need

This property was so well stocked and prepared for its guests. Anything and everything you could possibly need was available. The only thing negative I could say about the property was the outside wasn’t clean. The deck and the rec area and shower outside needed cleaning before we could use them. Inside the house was immaculate though! We had such a great week!

Great beach getaway

We (me, my husband and 2 college-aged sons) enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach house, and would recommend to others. Great location to the beach, restaurants, activities (movie theater & escape room which we booked due to bad weather), and other OBX communities. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay!

This location was just wonderful! Plenty of room, a lovely deck to hang out on, and a nice quiet location. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The master bathroom could use some ceiling work, the "popcorn" paint is crumbling down because of moisture, but nothing that was a concern to us. There were a lot of items they had on the property to keep you occupied, we didn't utilize it much, but if we had stayed longer I'm sure we would have. I would recommend this location and we'll come back for sure!

Great location on Sound side - quiet, walkable & bikeable.

Very cozy house at a great location across from a park. Easy walk or bike to the Sound with a wonderful sound-side path. Close to many great restaurants, Wright Bros museum, Jockey's ridge. Beautiful porch. Love all the games, bikes & beach items for use. Great coffee and tea amenities. Wish we had more time to stay!

Family vacation

Great house! Located minutes from the beach and main street of the town. My family stayed for a week and it felt very comfortable. Lots of beach items to use. The only item not provided was a cooler. The house even had bag boards which we played every night! Also loved the deck for the evening chats with the family!

We spent Memorial Day weekend here and it was great. The house is super cute and very clean. We were able to walk to the beach from the house although, the traffic made it a little more difficult. It was just a quick drive over though. I would stay here again!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

Our boys had so much fun with all the games accessible!! & the bikes/COE hole were a plus!!! The park across the street was our favorite thing! The beds were comfy and the house was the perfect size for us!! Kitchen stocked with everything I needed. I wish we had booked just a day more!! I will say night time was a struggle as the kids bunk bed room only would play one channel— family guy!! :(

First trip lasting memories!

This was our first trip and this was the best place for it. We were hesitant as we have never done a VRBO, this place set the bar. They made it so easy and it is a great location. The only thing we didn't have provided it seemed was travel toothpaste and we joked about all the little things that made it worthwhile to stay here. Highly recommend and will certainly be back next year.

Convenient and Clean

The property has everything you need: plastic bowls and plates for the kids, pots and pans, even a pitcher (for sangria of course)! Much of the deck is new, so no safety issues for small (2 year old+) children. The park across the street is great for young children and a nice place to fly a kite! Beach access is as easy as driving across the main highway. We never had any parking issues for the beach, and there are porta-potties at the nearby beach access so you don't even have to go back to the house! Easy check in and easy check out.
