The spacious 770 sq/ft covered lanai offers a wonderful outdoor living space with ceiling fans, upscale furniture, outdoor rugs, shades, and lighting. Relax with a glass of wine and pupu's on the bar height teak table with swivel chairs. Read a book, take a snooze, or you might not be able to take your eyes off the ocean view from the comfy plush couch, and comfortable loungers. During whale season, December through April, watch the whales breach, frolic, and swim along the South Maui coastline.

The interior space is 1100 sq/ft and includes a great room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. With an open concept design, the living, dining, and kitchen area features air conditioning, queen sofa bed, a 65" flat screen Samsung 4K Smart TV, Bose Home Speaker, and BlueRay DVD player. High speed internet with Dual Band Mesh Wifi.

Everything is provided for an amazing meal including a new Char-Broil Commercial outdoor infrared grill with side burner - stocked with grill accessories, cookware, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, ice maker, water filtration system, and more. Put a steak on the grill, sit back, relax, and enjoy the captivating ocean views and awe-inspiring sunsets.

The generous primary suite enjoys the view and direct access to the lanai through sliding doors. You'll have your best dreams in the luxury Ritz-Carlton plush-top king bed made with the finest materials, along with luxury sheets created with soft, pure cotton. Across the way is a Samsung Smart TV and an alcove with lap top friendly work space as well as plenty of shelving to put your gear. Step into the en suite bathroom with two sinks, huge modern walk-in shower, complimentary premium Malie Organics bath products, and abundant luxury plush towels woven of soft, pure cotton.

On the other side of the Ohana, you'll find the second bedroom which enjoys a view to the North and Maalaea Bay. Melt into the luxury plush-top Ritz-Carlton queen bed. With pure, soft cotton sheets, you'll have your best sleep. A Samsung Smart TV is directly across the bed and you'll have plenty of storage with large closet, chest of drawers, and side tables. The second full bathroom is just off the second bedroom and has a shower/tub, sumptuous towels, robes, and complimentary premium Malie Organics bath products.

The home is air conditioned with a very quiet Mitsubishi three zone mini-split system in the great room and bedrooms - but you really won’t need it with the cool nightly breeze off the mountain!

Head to the beach just a few minutes away or explore the island. For your enjoyment, everything is included that you need - beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, and kid’s sand toys. Keep these in your trunk so they are handy when exploring. Upon return, refresh in the outdoor shower, then enjoy a cool drink as you gaze upon the incredible ocean view and spectacular sunset!

We are located in Maui Meadows which is an eclectic, quiet community just above the Wailea Resorts. We have the sunniest and best weather on the island. The neighborhood is a great place to take a walk or run and browse around, gazing at amazing ocean views. There are many birds whose beautiful songs fill the air.

Within minutes of the Ocean Blue Ohana, numerous local activities await. Beautiful beaches with long stretches of golden sand and crystal-clear waters invite ocean sports of snorkeling, swimming, stand-up paddle-boarding, and scuba. Perhaps you want to just relax with a book on the beach or walk/run the Wailea Beach Path.

Numerous world-famous beautiful golden sand beaches are very close such as Keawakapu Beach, Makena Big Beach, Little Beach, Wailea Beach, Maluaka Beach, Po’Olenalena Beach, Palauea Beach, Secret Beach, and Charley Young Beach.

December through April is whale season in Maui and you will be able to spot them off the coastline breaching, playing and swimming along the coastline.

Fine dining and beach front restaurants are close by. Here are a few – Spagos at the Four Seasons, Ko at the Fairmont at Wailea, Morimoto Maui at the new Andaz Maui and Humble Kitchen at the Wailea Beach Resort.
