'When I got to this property it was difficult to open the door. I called the staff and he was very nice and explained the process, gave me a different code. However there was water inside the room and the floor and counter top were very sticky. I was decided to stay since the room was prepaid and I was going to be out most of the time but i couldn’t breathe. The dampness smell triggered my allergies to dust and mold. 'We only stayed one night, however the staff were very helpful. We had a night time visitor (one of the property's cats) which we loved. The room was small but well appointed. 'The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around.

'The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...
