'Hot tub was broken and seems to have been for awhile, obviously this is an important feature to be missing. Some of the extras like chairs and umbrellas are not in great condition, although they were nice to have. The breakfast offerings were fine although I wouldn't call it a bed and breakfast. The kitchen was nice and the bathrooms and showers were good. Our room, the Hibiscus suite, was very nice with a comfy bed and pillows and a mini fridge. 'The property was conveniently located near the airport, and the renovated room was nice. We parked in one of their parking lots and the rear spare tire of our Jeep Wrangler was stolen along with 3 other jeeps tires the same night. Staff said they had no surveillance and tried to say it didn’t happen on their property. It’s not a safe area for parking. 'The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

'Great location! Nice that the room had beach chairs available to use. We arrived earlier around 0100, unfortunately early check-in wasn't available, although we signed up to get one in advance. The host was very friendly, allowed us to park our car on the property while we were hanging on the beach and waiting to check in.'

Ontbijt was goed, Tevita "the breakfast guy" doet goed zijn werk en is erg aardig! Zwembad en jacuzzi zijn helaas al vroeg dicht waardoor we er geen gebruik van hebben kunnen maken.'

'Het was een prima complex. We hadden 2 verschillende kamers omdat we tussendoor een nachtje in Hana waren. De 2e kamer vonden we minder, het was een upgrade volgens de vrouw bij de receptie maar zo voelde het niet. In de aparte slaapkamer stond de airo naast je hoofd, niet te doen.
Verder genoten van ons verblijf en van Maui. Erg om nu de nieuwsberichten te lezen over alle branden.
