We were a group of adults staying in this house, and there were many positives: the location (walking distance to the beach), a spacious and well equipped kitchen and a gas grill for preparing group meals, a large screened porch overlooking the golf course, a full bathroom for each of the 4 bedrooms, and excellent communication and quick responses from the management company. Grocery store is a short drive. We had an enjoyable weekend.There were, however, some things that could be improved upon: the carpet and the porch furniture had stains; the house accommodated 8 adults in 4 bedrooms, but the dining table inside and the dining table on the porch only had room for 6 chairs (if you were staying here with children, this probably wouldn’t be an issue since you could set up one table as a kids’ table); one of the bedrooms had only one nightstand, so one adult had nowhere to place eyeglasses, phone, water bottle, etc. overnight; there were no beach chairs, umbrellas or bikes provided as part of a rental that gos S 800.00 per night.
