Le meilleur hôtel pour visiter la ville
J’ai passé une semaine extraordinaire dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait ! Le personnel parle très bien anglais et très au niveau des standards internationaux. L’ambiance de l’hôtel est calme et sécurisée. La piscine et la salle de sport offrent une vue spectaculaire au 11e étage. Les restaurant sont très bons et pas cher pour un français. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique avec un plat chaud préparé à la carte. La chambre est à la hauteur des plus grands hôtels internationaux. L’emplacement est idéal et permet de faire à pieds un découverte de la magnifique ville de Kharkiv. Merci à Natalia la charmante réceptionniste et les serveurs et serveuses de la Terasse et du Sky lounge pour m’avoir fait passé un très bon séjour. Si je reviens à Kharkiv je reviendrai sûrement dans cet hôtel.

Sans doute le meilleur hôtel de la ville
Sans doute le meilleur hôtel de la ville (le choix n'est pas grand), il y a tout pour un bel hôtel, le service de qualité, une piscine et un spa avec massage bien agréable. Le plus c'est le bar en hauteur et les prix ne sont pas excessifs (ce sont les prix de l'Ukraine). La chambre est très confortable, rien à redire.

Séjour agréable, le seul reproche que je ferais concerne le distributeur de billets (ATM) dans le hall. La limitation des retraits à 2000 HRv n'est pas très pratique.

Prix d' excellence
Le Palace Hotel Kharkiv est superbe, il allie luxe et sobriété. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour, le personnel est tout à fait charmant et attentif. Très belles chambre et salle de bain. Le spa est exceptionnel, les thérapeutes sont extrêmement compétents, leurs soins sont très efficaces. La piscine et les saunas ( sauna oriental et sauna nordique) sont délicieux. Le tout est d'une propreté irréprochable. De plus l'hôtel est idéalement placé. Nul doute que je conseille vivement l'hôtel et que j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

They are being bombed so don't know what its really like, but i oaid a lot to stay in a gotel where it was hard to get intk parking, find the person to check in and most of the facilities where closed. Should have been half the price i paid.

Spectacular hotel
We had an amazing time at this hotel!!! The room is spacious, clean and equipped with all the things you need for comfortable staying. The bed is huge and soft. Amazing room service with good prices and excellent service! The only drawback is that you can’t control the temperature inside the room instead you need to call to the receptionist and ask to lower or higher air conditioner.

The staff is amazing.
This hotel's service is top shelf. Outstanding staff. I enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend. The only thing I don't recommend is to order a transfer to the airport - the guy was late and looked like a mob from 90', talking on a phone and wore a big golden chain, really like a mob. They arranged to have my PCR test in my room, brought the result back to me. Amazing. The personnel is like in a World top class hotel. I would stay again in there.

Albergo ottimo, facile da raggiungere. Accesso senza barriere architettoniche. Reception veloce e cortese. Camere spaziose e arredate in maniera semplice e funzionale. Palestra e piscina non grandissime ma pulite, luminose e di facile accesso. Inoltre la struttura dispone di una molto buona scelta per la colazione. Ci tornerò sicuramente per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Kharkiv.

Corona Luxury!
Considering the Corona Regime and forced Lock down, the stay was excellent. Only Breakfast was possible to get at the restaurant and room service, of cpourse. The Lounge bar on the roof and all restaurants were closed as well as the Spa, gym and poool.
