The second level living room has a 30-foot floor-to-ceiling glass door that folds completely open and connects to a huge outdoor patio. The property features two master bedrooms, one on each floor, both with king size beds, private bathrooms and spectacular ocean views. The remainder three bedrooms are all furnished with queen size beds. In addition, guests can sleep comfortably on the queen sofa sleeper located downstairs. The first floor is fully handicapped accessible. Each of the bedrooms and living rooms include smart TVs. All bedrooms on the second level have additional private access to the ocean-front patio.
Complete outdoor pool bar/ kitchen with professional grade Weber grill, beer kegerator, wine refrigerator, sink, and granite countertops. Bring your fresh catch from the dock to the outdoor kitchen. The home is set up with everything you need to cook and enjoy a great dinner outdoors. Make the most of your trip by taking advantage of the property’s private boat ramp and 43 x8 foot dock with full access to both Atlantic and Gulf side.
Plenty of outdoor activities! Guests can explore the surrounding with the kayaks included at the home, simply launch them on the ramp next to the dock. There are plenty of lawn chairs and outdoor patio furniture to comfortably entertain all guests within the party.
