There was major construction happening on all the condos to our left. Cement drilling started promptly at 7:30/8am and lasted all day. Super noisy which made for sleeping in and coffee hour hard. Wish we’d been given a heads up prior 😬 The community small beach and pool area was nice. The saving grace was the property manager!! He was a saint and God send. Couldn’t have asked for a better manager❤️

Nice getaway

My wife and I spent 5 days here. The condo was very nice and more space than we needed. Not any useable beach there but Smathers Beach is very nice and it's only a couple of blocks away so not really a factor. We would stay again.

Very nice get away

The condo was clean and well maintained. The heated swimming pool was very nice. You could relax on your patio or go down to the pool area and have a view of the water. We had a relaxing time.
