Knowles Main House with Pool

Summary:

Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Key West. This listing is for the main home and the outdoor area/pool is shared by any guests of the detached guest house. The main house has a separate entrance and no areas inside it are shared.



The Space:

This 2 story pool home features 5 bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom. 1 of the bedrooms and bathrooms is on the first floor. There’s a guest house that may or may not be occupied. The driveway can fit up to two cars. We provide only 1 free parking in the driveway free of charge. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public parking structure about 1.5 blocks away.



Guest Access:

You’ll be able to access everything except the storage room/closets in the main house. No access to the guest house will be provided. The home features pool and roof top deck. Shared areas include the pool, driveway, deck, BBQ, and patios.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in what I consider downtown Key West. It’s just steps away from Duval Street and very walkable.



Interaction with Guests:

We will not be onsite. You may occasionally see our pool cleaner, gardener, or Amazon delivery. Otherwise, we’re pretty much out of your hair so you can enjoy what he has to offer.
