When we arrived there was MAJOR constructions going on and no one from the management company seemed to know about it. We called and were told that the renters before us didn’t complain. They offered us a 20% discount but I explained that this was a MAJOR double deck project which lasted 9am-6pm each day. We couldn’t use the pool because the courtyard was full of workman and materials. We called again on the second day and the management company finally sent someone out. Apparently this guy went back to the office and told them what a big mess was happing at the property. Then they called and gave us a 50% discount. We’ve stayed at this same property (different unit) before and it’s really nice and in a great location. But I was told by one of the other unit owners that this project would last for several more months (into February). If that is the case, I’d suggest calling to find out about it. We would stay here again, but we will ask about any construction issues next time.
