1800 Atlantic 4th floor condominiums unit C439.
Overlooking Smathers Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, this two bedroom, two bath penthouse condo has an upgraded and fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, bamboo cabinets, granite counter tops and an elegant adjoining dining area.

A private 40-foot balcony, opening from the living room and bedrooms, has an additional dining area as well as casual seating. New furniture and large flat-screen TVs are in both bedrooms and the living room. Complimentary wireless high-speed internet/cable is provided, washer and dryer and secure, assigned, covered parking.

This tropical retreat is perfect for a family get-away or for couples looking to relax and play in magical Key West. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, plus a quality queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

1800 ATLANTIC has lush tropical gardens, picnic areas, barbeque grills, a large whirlpool as well as a heated Olympic-size pool and extensive sunning decks all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. For tennis enthusiasts there are 3 lighted courts, one of which is clay.

Situated just a mile and half from historic downtown Key West, 1800 ATLANTIC Unit C439 offer a peaceful escape at affordable prices.

  • #TroveOn A couple miles north of Key West, on the right is Boca Chica Rd, follow that road as far as you can and you'll get to the beach at Geiger Key. The road comes to an abrupt stop, the rest of it was destroyed in a hurricane years ago but you can park there and walk out. The beach is secluded and quiet, except when the Navy is holding flight practices. The planes are so close, you can see the pilots!

Clean. Comfortable. Wash machine didn’t function properly. Vent and light over oven didn't work. Screen doors going onto balcony not working. Outside chairs rusted out so uneven. Little thimgs like oven mitts, can coozies,bathroom air freshener would be nice. Wouldn't return!

Key West is pricey. This place offered us enough room and was reasonable for the price. Know that you’ll have to get a golf cart for your time there or rack up an Uber bill. Pool was big and nice with plenty of room to lounge. Check in and out was easy. The place was comfortable but very dated. Floors were dirty and lots of dust in the corners. It look like it’s been well rented. I’d rate the bed comfort as a zero. They were not comfortable at all. If you have to use the sleeper sofa in the living room don’t plan on sleeping.

Such a great property!

This condo was the ideal stay for what we needed. I was in Key West for work so it was wonderful to have a parking space. The building has a small beach which was all we really needed. Basically everything is a 10 minute drive from the condo. If you don't want to deal with parking - Uber and Lyft is readily available. Next time, I'd skip the rental car and just use that instead.

Key West is great!!!

Another great trip to Key West!!! Our condo at 1800 Atlantic fit our need perfectly. Plenty of space for our week stay. The condo was very clean and in pretty good shape. The condo had everything we needed. Beds worked perfectly fine for us as well. Kitchen also had all we needed. The washer and dryer is what really makes our stay at 1800 Atlantic really work for us. We get to wash and dry our fishing clothes every day which is great!

Great location, nice pool area and large hot tub. Clean. Condo had a large patio, kitchen was well appointed. Only minor negatives: the sliding screen doors are designed such that they don't keep bugs out. It was fine in late Oct but might be an issue in the summer. Also, no elevator on that end of the building so if anyone has trouble walking you should inquire a bit about it. Our stay was excellent.

The location is very close to the beach and a local Cuban sandwich shop that we all enjoyed. We had fun in the pool and community amenities were nice. The main bedroom bed was too firm, making it uncomfortable for sleep. The room had most things we needed for the beach and for cooking. Overall, happy with the trip.

Nice condo but busy street traffic noise on balcony.

We liked the unit for its layout, access, parking convenience and proximity to the beach. A few things need updating (blinds, shower controls, etc) but overall it fit our needs very well. Location on a busy Atlantic side artery into Key West and airport meant traffic noise (mostly from morning commuters) was an unwelcome surprise.
