Shipyard Condominiums sont situés dans la prestigieuse communauté fermée de Truman Annex, dans la vieille ville de Key West. Les condos sont situés à 2 pâtés de maisons de Duval Street et de toutes les attractions de la vieille ville Key West. Les propriétés se trouvent également à ¼ de mile du parc national de Fort Zachary Taylor. La propriété est équipée avec laveuse / sécheuse, casseroles / poêles, serviettes, draps, ont la climatisation centrale, parking dans la rue, et l'accès à la piscine. My daughter was reuniting with 3 kids after military deployment for a family vacation with her parents, me, all was good except the roof repairs everyday we had to navigate trucks, workers or materials outside our front door . Truman Annex Condo 153

Location was excellent. Condo was clean. Beds were comfortable and extra linens were provided. All necessary kitchen tools and appliances were available. The TVs did not work during the weekend but were repaired quickly as soon as reported at the first of the week. The icemaker in the fridge did not work during the rental period. The furniture thought stylish was not comfortable. I would recommend the condo and the Compass Rental was excellent to work with.

Fabulous!

We loved our stay at ANOTHER THREE HOUR TOUR! The back porch was lovely, the condo was CLEAN, and we had all the amenities that we could have imagined. Location was perfect! Awesome stay

Great location. Just wish keys could be at the site, and left at the site, with no car. Could use some utensils like barbecue tools, and spatula. Unit was great. Floors seemed to need mopping, but looked clean.

Perfect Vacation

The place was a perfect location and it had everything we needed for my husband and two girls. It was very clean and a nice a quite spot. We were right down the road to Duval street which has food and shops and lots of activity. We were also so close to the Zachary Taylor Beach. We had a fantastic time would go back to this same spot in a heartbeat!

Loved the location.

We love staying in Truman Annex. The location is so convenient to everything in Key West. The condo was clean and a perfect size for my wife and I. I would highly suggest staying to anyone who comes to Key West.

Beds were terrible needs updated beds!! Furniture needed to be updated, not comfortable. Check in process was poor. Need to have golf cart to take guests to there condo. Walking 1/4 mile with luggage was unexceptable.

Love Key West

Great location, can walk to everything. Unit perfect for two people. My only complaint (which can’t be helped) is you can’t enjoy the back deck because of all the noise from all the air conditioners.

I visited with my adult sons. The location is quiet, and near Fort Zachary Taylor Park/Beach in one direction, close to Duval in the other direction. The outside patio was comfortable, and where we spent the most time when we were not wandering around. The kitchen and accomodations were great. The pool area was very nice.

Wonderful vacation destination

We had a wonderful week in Key West! Our accommodations were very clean and comfortable! The location is perfect to get to downtown bars, restaurants, beach, pool, sunset and boating! Great time!!

Another Three Hour Tour That Ended Too Soon

This property was fantastic! We stayed here for my husbands 40th birthday celebration, and it was our first time staying in Old Town after vacationing in the keys together for the last 17 years together. We would absolutely stay here again. Location was convenient to everything in Key West, within walking distance, even though we had a rental car as well. The condo is well equipped, clean and has updates that are appealing- such as the rain shower and jets in the bathroom, comfortable mattresses, granite counters and tasteful decor and furnishings. Cute patio in back, and because the vegetation is so lush, you can sleep with the blinds closed in the queen room especially, and not know it is a full sunny day until you step out the front door! We had a great trip for many reasons, and the condo was a fantastic compliment. Leaving us feeling like our three hour tour- ended too soon! So for that- we will be back SOON!

Great location, Acceptable digs

Location is the biggest plus. Near Duval Street and major sites. The house is a little worn and the beds aren’t great, but everything is clean and well-stocked. The check-in is the biggest pain because you have to travel both to pickup and drop off the keys.

Perfect location, nice, quiet condo as described. We had to check in after midnight and it was difficult to find office, guard station for parking permit and condo on our own but all other communications were great

Winter visit to Key West

Very nice condo in the Shipyard area. Exactly as described and pictured. Very convenient for walking much of Key West. Secured parking area and very nice staff in the rental office. Our second time renting in the Shipyard condos. Highly recommend.

family beach vacation made easy

The apt was neat & clean and stocked with the essentials. Great fit for our family of 4. Also beds were incredibly comfy so if this is important to you you will enjoy this apt. We usually stay in the Truman Annex on the 2nd floor so this was our 1st time in a bottom floor apt. You do get alot more noise from the apt above but it's not terrible. This location is amazing for Key West and especially easy for families with small children as it's so close to everything you can nap the kids easily if needed. Pool is lovely and warm and Fort Zachary beach is a 5 min walk.

Perfect Vacation!

Our family loved staying at this property. It was clean and super quiet. Perfect location. Very close to all major attractions in Key West. We had plenty of space. We cooked almost every night and had everything we needed to do so. Very easy check in and out. Kids loved the pool and splash park nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great trip.
