'This is an old, small motel which about 7 studio rooms that are clean but basic, a refrigerator & microwave, no coffee pot, and air conditioning. Parking is right at your door so that's convenient. There's wifi and a TV. Dunkin Donuts is next door and a little cafe beyond that. This is basic, inexpensive if that's what you're looking for.'

'Onze kamer had aparte keuken met gasbuis, pompbak, goede ijskast/diepvries en vooral borden en bestek. De airco kon de warmte niet verwerken waardoor je niet kon slapen van de hitte. Dit was bijv in Key Largo geen probleem. De gasbbq zoals op de foto’s bestaan niet maar zijn vervangen door enkele houtskool exemplaren aan het strandgedeelte. Service is er niet (buiten inchecken), en als je ijsblokjes wil moet je betalen voor een zak (alleen tijdens de kantooruren dus). Je mag er ook niet zwemmen...
