'We enjoyed our stay at Dialoog. It is too far from the center to walk, but you can ask for a driver, get a bluebird taxi yourself or ask the hotel to rent their bikes. We were given an upgrade of the room which was very enjoyable. However I still suspect my mom who was travelling with us but was staying at a different hotel, haha. But the view is amazing, the food (depending which items) are enjoyable and the room we had was very nice. Roomservice is late so if you take that in mind than it...

'Base to see sights of Banyuwangi. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the Indonesian breakfast was ample. Car required for this location. There is a shop across it that does general provisions and simple meals. Also went out of their way to purchase meals from outside. The room I booked did not have the advertised mountain view, and the shower room lacked a sink. '

'We stayed two nights and regret not having taken more days in this magnificent hotel. The service is impeccable, pleasant, respectful, super nice and very professional. If you're looking for a hotel with an impressive view, I'd recommend this one. As soon as I come back to Java, I'll return to this hotel without hesitation! Big favorite ❤️'

'Had a great stay here, restaurant is closed so set out for food. There was a tasty food stand outside and found a good restaurant across the street - local eats nothing fancy but good. Pool was nice and there are tables around to spend time in. The front desk gave us a number of a contact for Ijen crater which turned out great. Not far to ferry to Bali. SOme bugs in the room but it comes with the territory. We had to keep toilet seat closed at all times though because it always had ants inside...

'インターネットで予約をして支払いも完了し、予約番号が発行されてるのにインターネット予約は無効だと言われました。その間30分以上待たされました。別のホテルを新たに探して移動するのも大変だったので、現地でインターネット予約の3倍近くの金額を支払い宿泊しました。 清潔感は全くありません。サービスも最低です。アメニティグッズはボロボロのバスタオル1枚と小さな石鹸だけです。 スタッフは夕方には居なくなりWi-fiパスワードも聞けませんでした。 早朝から大音量でモスクの音が聞こえてきて、大雨が降っていましたが早々にチェックアウトしました。チェックアウトの時もスタッフは不在でした。 今まで宿泊したホテルの中で最悪です。 '
