'The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. '

'There were bed bugs , my children got ate up and they wanted to offer another room. We all know if there is bugs and several different rooms are experiencing bites the bugs are going to be everywhere. Over all do not recommend.'

'My room was clean and very well appointed. The temperature was set to a nice setting when I first checked in so I only made slight changes. The check in and check out staff were friendly and helpful/informative. I was surprised that breakfast had a charge but it's been a long time since I stayed in a hotel so it's probably the norm now.'

'The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. I have asthma and upon entering our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. I explained the issue to the manager, as I would become very sick and likely have an asthma attack. She was able to switch us to a new room quickly and on the same floor as my mom, and checked it later to make sure everything was all right with the new room. I generally don't like complaining at hotel or restaurants and was grateful...

'The staff are all friendly & helpful and the rooms were clean and modern looking. The king bed was super comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was a chirping sound that woke me up around 4am and kept up for at least an hour. Not sure if it was a confused bird or some equipment, but I recommend sound proof headphones for a good sleep.
