'This place for our 20th wedding anniversary was such an incredible and wonderful experience for our family. The room was very nice and comfortable, with lots of unique features, like providing us with beach equipment to use. They were also so kind knowing it was a special vacation for me and my husband and gifted us a heartwarming letter with delicious chocolate. 'The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed.
