Vind je ideale hotel in Kenwood

'I want to start by saying the front desk and cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. But this hotel needs attention. One of our mattresses was so broken down it was hard to get out of it. The carpets turned our socks brown. Our refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed and we had to throw the room temperature food away. We generally like Hamptons and will stay at them again but probably not THIS Hampton. '

'Zeer goede locatie, en comfortabel hotel. We konden niet beter wensen. Dit was wel even 20' weg met de wagen naar downtown, maar is zeer rustig gelegen en hadden alles wat nodig was in de buurt. Was aanbevolen door een vriend.'

'The breakfast is decent sized. They do have a pool and a hot tub as well as a small exercise room. They do have coin laundry on site which I appreciate when traveling! The room was decent! The only complaint is I’ve never stayed in a hotel that the windows open (personal preference especially with kids), I’d just keep that in mind as I’m on the fourth floor and the window opens w/ no screen. I’m normally used to hotels not having openable windows but maybe some will like that!'

'The property around the hotel was littered with trash. Inside, there were several broken windows around the pool. Behind the center table between the queen beds was filthy! Behind the TV was filthy! There were long black hairs left in several places in the room. The door closures were poor and doors slammed throughout the night. The HVAC unit rattled when running.'

'The staff was absolutely amazing, very welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and lasted even longer than expected. Whole building was very well maintained and extremely clean. '
