I don’t even know where to begin. We arrived Friday late and checked in. It was late, so too late to complain about how nasty the bathroom was. Long black hair everywhere on the floor, the shower drain looked like it had all kinds of nasty hairs n the grate. So, the next morning I told “Rashed” and he nonchalantly said he’d let a manager know. I thought for sure they’d clean it that day, but no. Never touched it. Next day, complained to “Rashed” again. Guess what, they never touched it the second day. Finally after a third day of complaining they finally brought towels and later that afternoon the hair was cleaned up on the floor but not the shower. I used a washcloth to dry a small water spot up on the bathroom floorand the white washcloth came up totally disgusting, I’ll Enclose a pic of that. They never refilled the shower gel, so 4 of the five nights no shower gel. The never made the bed or cleaned the room while we were there. The furniture in the dining area was disgusting. I’ll also post a pic of the business cards displayed in the lobby so you can get an idea of who owns this franchise. I really wish they’d make hotels fly the flag of which country the owner is from so you know how the service and cleanliness is gonna be. It sure seems if they are from India or that part of the world, they don’t have the same standards. Whether it’s a convenience store or a hotel, they never have USA ideals and I can’t believe the “Hampton” by “Hilton” would allow this much filth.
