Welcome to **Southridge Haven | Family Retreat**, a spacious Kennewick home designed for families, groups, work stays, and extended visits to the Tri-Cities. With 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, 3 full bathrooms, generous indoor gathering spaces, and a large fenced backyard, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable.

The main living room offers a large sectional, Smart TV, and beautiful built-in wood cabinetry, creating a relaxed space for movie nights and time together. The open layout connects naturally with the dining area and full kitchen, making group meals and gatherings easy.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry, generous counter space, cookware, utensils, and bar seating. The nearby dining area provides comfortable seating and direct access to the patio and backyard.

The home sleeps up to 11 guests across 6 separate bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: King bed, spacious layout, Smart TV, lounge seating, and walk-in closet
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Double bed
• Bedroom 4: Queen bed

Southridge Haven is located in a quiet Kennewick neighborhood with convenient access to Highway 395, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, parks, and destinations throughout the Tri-Cities. Guests can easily reach Columbia Park, Columbia Center, the Toyota Center, the Columbia River, local wineries, golf courses, and other nearby attractions.

Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $25 per pet. Please keep pets off furniture and bedding and clean up after them during your stay.
